Sharon another great Market Report 92 days still sounds to me like a sellers market, just on a side note in my market it is closer to 28 days....Endre

Well, believe me it is closer to 7 here. This was the actual report that is scewed by those houses that have been on the market for years and are still in MLS. I don't know what's going on with them, but after 10 years you would think they would take it off the market!
