FoxCreek, a community located in Moseley, Virginia, approximately 40 minutes southwest of downtown Richmond, was developed by TerraForge. The land was purchased in 2004 with the first homes selling in 2006, so the community is still growing and expanding. With a variety of styles and features to fit anyone’s idea of the perfect home. The community has been built with natural elements as a key theme to make living outdoors as pleasurable as inside your home.  It is conveniently located near three major road ways, Powhite Parkway (Route 76), Jefferson-Davis Parkway (Route 288) and Hull Street Road (Route 360).

The community of FoxCreek includes the Terrace Swim and Racket Club, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, splash pad, parks playgrounds, open-air pavilion, multi-use sports pads, event center, fitness center, hiking trails, ponds, and even a Village Center with shops, dining and business offices.

There are three neighborhoods that make up this community, Wynwood, The Estates and Greenwich Walk. And while they all belong to the FoxCreek community, each are distinct in what they offer the home buyer.

The Estates was the first to start, with about 400 upscale single family homes built on larger lots, some an acre or more. These larger homes are noted for their architectural design and quality construction.

Wynwood came next, with cottages, condominiums, townhouses and single family homes, aimed at singles, newlyweds and growing families.  

Greenwich Walk, the third phase of the community is targeted at 55 and older residents.
