Six ActiveRain Rainmakers Made It Rain in San Jose

It is true ... we made it Rain in San Jose at our San Jose ActiveRain Meet-Up!

We had a good time and enjoyed a very tasty lunch. We talked about many things. Among those many things, blogging, keywords, long-tail, hyper-local posts, hiring ghost writers, doing market reports, why some are not very active in the Rain, and the tale about the tail that one agent got that cost him is license.  It seems some missed that post! 

Gary, in his parting statement invited me to go look at some vacant homes. 

We all roared with laughter. Very funny Gary! 

 

I stayed with Althea who arrived later because she was held up showing homes to a client. Then I had to get going because I had to go show homes to a client.  

Another great San Jose meet-up is behind us. 

Thank you all for attending. It certainly would not have been any fun without you.

Just another heads up Kathleen ...

I am going to do my best to work at the Apple job for the next 2 years, even with my tired body.

I am hoping to find a fixer upper for investment and or a place to live while I work in Silicon Valley around Felton or Boulder Creek.

I will try and set up an appointment over a weekend once I get into the Bay Area with more information OK
