I passed my Virginia post licensure credit hours!

I got notification yesterday that I had passed my 30 hour post licensure credits. I hope this will be the last time I ever have to do post licensure education.

When I moved back to Florida in 2012 I never intended to move back in Virginia, so I let my license go into an inactive status.

Who can predict the turns that life will take? In October of 2014, I found out that my daughter was expecting and that changed my life forever. I determined that I wanted to be a vital part of my grandson's life and I have never looked back!

Since my Virginia license was inactive I was required to take and pass the 30 hour post licensure education. Yesterday I received an email with the news that I passed the test!

As others have said before my comment CONGRATULATIONS are in order. I have passed PA sales person, PA broker and NY broker test and have taught real estate classes for 20+ years and never want to take another test.
