When looking for a new home to call you own - there are many things that may come into play.

- Want a new school district
- Buying your first home
- and many many more reasons
Many buyers that we work with believe that they cannot buy a new construction home because they are either "too expensive" or cannot get into one due to the "steep" requirements or you can't move in for 9+ months because it needs to be built.
In Colorado that is not the case at all - today I "subbed" in for one of our great agents that had to go out of town and wasn't able to attend the closing. The closing was for a New Construction home that was a great home for him and his 2 boys.
He was able to get into the home using a USDA loan which meant he was able to buy the home with ZERO dollars down. The price was even better - He was able to move into this home today and only paid the mid 200's.
Not bad for a brand new home - no money down and move right in.
