My previous blog prompted  me to ask this question.....I thought it would be fun to see the responses

from different markets around the county.  Comment below with the price and well as what type of property that takes top spot in your market....

Here in Baltimore it is 5 bedroom 5.5 bath Condo at the Four Seasons Residences....click here for

more stats and pics  and don't forget to come back and tell us about your market.

Great Question, Makeda. There in one in San Antonio at the Dominion for 9.8 million, 6 bedrooms, 11 baths, 8849 living space since it also has a quest house on the nearly 2 acre lot. There is another just up IH-10 West in Boerne, TX for 18.5 million, 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, 9000 SF.

It looks like $18.5M is the winner for Franklin TN as well. Our highest listing actually has 6 homes and a 12 stall barn on 350 acres and is owned by Tim McGraw and Faith Hill. Wouldn't that be a great one to sell?

my market is cheap compare to so many big cities.  Around here the average family home is about $250k USD which is about $300k canadian.  The most expensive residential houses are view lots or lakefront lots in our city and they are just over the $1million dollar mark.  Our highend market is generally around the $700k mark for the most part though.

Jerry - 18.5 million for just 5 bedrooms? jk....

Tammy - that sounds like a good deal...and yes that would be great listing to have!

Robert May  - I'm currently looking up your area...I have never hear of the city of Lethbridge, this is exactly why I thought this question would be interesting...thanks for sharing.
