The average sales price was $360, 724 and on average
sold at 100% of asking price. The average market time was 104 days.
At the end of March 2016, there was a 3.1 month supply of condos on the market in the South Loop.
That remains virtually unchanged from the same time last year. March 2015 ended with a 3.4 month supply of condos on the market.
Buyer interest in South Loop condominiums remains strong. Top reasons include proximity to downtown, a care-free and “car” free lifestyle and an abundance of nearby shopping, dining and recreation spots.
