At the time of this writing (Apr. 30th), there were 16 homes and 26 condos for sale in the Mauna Kea Resort. Of the homes for sale, the highest priced one on the market is listed at $15,750,000, and is located at 62-3680 Kiekiena Pl, in the Bluffs at Mauna Kea subdivision, while the highest priced condo on the market is listed at $4,900,000 and is Unit #29 in the Villas of Mauna Kea. At the other end of the spectrum, the lowest priced home on the market is located at 62-4011 Moani Pikake Pl, in The Uplands of Mauna Kea and is listed at $1,595,000. The lowest priced condo currently on the market is listed at $777,000 and is Unit J1 located in Kumulani at the Uplands at Mauna Kea.
Sales continue to be slow in the Mauna Kea Resort, although in the 1st Quarter, the number of homes and condos sold doubled, from 1 home to 2 homes and from 2 condos to 4. In this time from January 2016 through March 2016 there were 2 home sold in the Mauna Kea Resort, and 4 condos were sold. The highest priced home sold was located at 62-3331 Ahuula Pl, in Mauna Kea Fairways South and sold for $5,650,000, the lowest priced home went for $2,637,360 and was #411 at Waiulaula at Mauna Kea Resort, Mauna Kea Resorts new construction subdivision. In the condo market, the lowest priced condo to sell during the 1st Quarter went for $1,919,550 and is #331, also located in Waiulaula at Mauna Kea Resort, while the highest priced condo sold for $2,850,000 and is #7A in the Halia Hale at Kaunaoa.
