488 Maverick, Lake Dallas, TX
When a client is happy, I am happy. 488 Maverick in Lake Dallas is pending and should be closing very soon. It takes courage to make a commitment to purchase a home. As a Member of the National Association of REALTORS®, I believe living one's life by the highest professional standards and understanding roles for Buyer Representation is a fiduciary responsibility that I must assume seriously.
In a Seller's market, one might say, the Buyer got lucky. I say, I am lucky to have one of the best clients any Real Estate Agent could ask for. What makes both of us lucky? Over the years we maintained a business relationship based upon trust and loyalty. What are the secrets to being lucky enough to have the right Buyer with the right Real Estate Agent?
Crystal clear objectives
A lucky buyer knows what they want and how they can achieve results. Both Buyer and their Agent must be truthful, open and honest. In other words, they both follow the Golden Rule.
A serious buyer is prepared mentally, physically, emotionally, and financially. There must be a passion to achieve the goals with enthusiasm, positive energy, knowledge and the willingness to assume responsibilities. To achieve success, Buyer and Agent must be prepared to listen, learn, cooperate, demonstrate flexibility, and make adjustments when necessary. Neither one, takes the other for granted.
Short and Long Term Goals
Life is a journey. Buyers who plan to live in their homes will venture into unknown territory. Having a vision for both short and long term goals, requires patience and confidence in developing a relationship with the right Lender. They say, cash is king; I say credibility and reputation takes precedence, especially when a buyer is in need of a mortgage. The right lender, will help a buyer overcome years of frustration, worries, and anxieties. Trust is critical. A lucky buyer develops trust in their Lender and Real Estate Agent.
Some people have all the luck; others seem to have no lucky... or so they say. People who create luck by building a foundation of trusting relationships have a greater probability to succeed. Being proactive with a positive attitude in finding ways to work together to achieve results has proven the end result is worth the journey.
