What we Love about the area:

 

We absolutely love the view of the river and pond. You can see for miles and watch amazing sunrises. This is by far the best view in Hanover. The wildlife is abundant from deer, wild turkey, bald eagles, swans, and many other water fowl and birds. The small town feel is a plus yet you can experience some of the best dining at "The River Inn" where people come from all over the Twin Cities. The commute is great as you can be in Maple Grove in 15 minutes or less. If you like quiet and privacy this 3 acre lot gives you exactly that.

You will love being close to Bee Bee Lake for boating or just enjoying the park. What did you do for interests and hobbies near to the property?

 

We love exploring all the local parks and the Crow River. There is so much to do on the weekends from fishing the local lakes to walking the dogs at the Crow Hassan Reserve. The new bike path is great as well and goes for more than 20 miles.

When we bought the property we were drawn to the large yard and amazing views of the backyard. We love the great sunrises and watching some of the storm systems that form many miles away. We even have the vantage point of watching 5 different cities' fireworks shows every year over the 4th of July. We love our amazing privacy and open spaces. Our pool and backyard makes the house ideal for entertaining.
