Tonight's post was already written and in draft form but.. uh oh..it is April 30th... the last day of this contest. Bob has asked us to write a post this month talking about how we have done in the first 100 days.
To sum up this first quarter...wonderfully busy describes my real estate.
when opportunity knocks... I do not complain about the noise.
I am almost exclusively a listing agent but the beginning of this year has brought a number of buyers, all were friends, past clients or referrals.
Thank you Margaret Woda who I affectionately call TOM, The Other Margaret.
She referred a lovely buyer, and now a new friend. We recently went under contract.
Working with a few buyers, allows me to be a better listing agent... good to experience both sides.
Calls to at least one ActiveRain member daily is still happening and on May 5th we will be having our Baltimore MeetUp at Bare Bones .
Recently 3 of my properties have gone under contract after holding impromptu one hour open houses.
Education is still high on my list and I have completed CNE course 1 and 2 this year.
The 3rd and final course will take place in June and AR member Cheryl Ritchie has joined me in getting the Certified Negotiation Expert designation.
Between my daily blogging, my print advertising and my weekly radio show, my pipeline is full.
The radio show keeps me on my toes. Some weeks I have more callers than we can get on the air...other Sundays there are no calls. No way to plan just like all of real estate...be prepared!
