Taste of Cardiff is May 5th in Cardiff-by-the-Sea CA
The very popular and annual Taste of Cardiff takes place in less than a week, on Thursday May 5th, which also happens to be Cinco de Mayo. The Taste of Cardiff will be held in downtown Cardiff by the Sea (a.k.a. Cardiff), hosted by the Cardiff 101 Main Street organization.
Given the holiday, this year’s Taste of Cardiff will have a special theme. Can you guess what it is?!
For those drinking beer and wine you will need to get your ID checked before you start at the Cardiff 101 Main Street Booth at 2149 Newcastle Avenue.
Cardiff area foodies will be able to enjoy culinary delights from 20 popular Cardiff Restaurants between 5:30 and 8 pm, with 14 Sip Stop locations, featuring 14 breweries and wineries. Not a bad way to spend a Thursday evening!
As in the past the Taste of Cardiff is sure to please, with a wide range of options to taste from. Who doesn’t like to eat?!
Tickets are $30 in advance for food only, $40 including sip-stops. Get your tickets soon – they only sell 1000 and are always sold out.
A complete list of participating restaurants can be found at the Taste of Cardiff website. Tickets may be purchased on-line or at the Cardiff 101 Main Street offices at 2139B Newcastle Street (760-436-0431). You must pick up your tickets at the Cardiff 101 Main Street Office before the event.
