Sales

There were 15 unit sales in March. This is up 50.0% from 10 in March of 2015. Sales/list price ratio in March moved down to 94.6% from 99.6% in February.

Prices

Median price in March was $559,000. This is up 0.7% from $555,000 in March of 2015. 3-month median price of $589,500 in March was down a little from $627,500 in February and down moderately from $805,000 in March of 2015. Price per square foot in March was $288. This is up from $280 in February and up from $265 in March of 2015.

Inventory

Inventory of 75 in March was down 5.1% from 79 in February but up 15.4% from 65 in March of 2015. New listings of 31 in March were down slightly from 33 in February but up a little from 29 in March of 2015. Months of supply in March was 3.7, unchanged from the same month last year.

Market Time

Days on market of 126 in March was up considerably from 105 in February and up moderately from 103 in March of 2015. This is the highest days on market has been since May, 2014.
