The house has four bedrooms two and a half baths, all new carpet, light fixtures and paint, an upgraded kitchen with new cherry cabinets and granite counters, and a tankless hot water system.

 

The proud new owners are a family of four.  The husband is an army recruiter and the wife is former air force. They have two children and had originally planned to rent.  I suggested that they might want to see this bank owned home and they never looked back!
