What's your 'stickiest' content on your website or blog?

Real Estate Agent with Florida Future Realty, Inc. BK3071625

We all know that we have to have great content on our websites & blogs to attract viewers.

Real Estate Online

My question to all of you is, what has been the BEST content you've added?

How do you know it was working?

I have had numerous prospects contact me & actually say things like "I have been coming back to your website for months to find information, etc". This, before they ever even contacted me. Yep, they kept coming back to my site before they even announced their arrival there.

I also have many current clients who frequent my site. Maybe to check out their own listing, of which I give all houses their own page, or to read news or just see what's going on in general.

It's a great feeling to have a website that's a tool people actually appreciate & use.

Always be teaching & learning

For any of you who think your website is there to 'close' anyone or convince anyone to work with you, etc - you are sadly mistaken.

Your website should draw people in, show some personality, talk about the market, a little about yourself, give them a reason to come back. Don't be afaid to give information, because if they can't get it on your site, they'll find it on someone elses. Let's keep learning & teaching :)

I created my website myself. Yep, it's not a 'canned' or 'template' site. Its all mine. People like that. Sure, I don't have fancy flash or anything but it's ME & people want to FEEL something.

So, back to my original question, what's your 'stickiest' content? - & please don't say home searches - because we should all have that already!

Hey Susan:

EW, I gotta work on my site!  I have been talking to Phylena Houde a lot about what is included in my website, and I use to think just having a site was enough, but I see differently now.  Thanks for sharing.
