I just recently had the privelege in representing a wonderful family from Washingston State on their purchase of a one bedroom partial ocean view Konea #710 at the Honua Kai Resort and Spa. This was literally a dream come true for Alex and Melissa Silva who have been visiting Honua Kai for a number of years and are thrilled to now call themselves homeowners.

We recently worked with Jeremy on a the purchase of our first investment property in Maui, and would like to share our experience with any potential buyers looking for a real estate professional. This was our first investment property, and my husband and I wanted to be certain that we found someone that could provide us not only with extensive knowledge of the area, but also assist us in navigating through all the major decisions along the way. After speaking to a few different Realtors we were confident that Mr. Stice was who we wanted to work with, and here are a few reasons why. First, he seemed very genuine and ethical (this was our top priority). We wanted to work with someone that was invested in the relationship we were building and not just the "sale" as we want to build a lasting partnership that we can trust for future purchases. Second, we needed to find someone with EXTENSIVE knowledge of the island and the market, and again, Jeremy checked these boxes. He is an island native, knows the area, the culture, and the market fluctuations better than anyone we found. Third, (and lastly) we realized by going through the entire purchasing process that we made the best decision because he was brilliant to work with!! He was patient, he had answers for any of the thousands of questions we threw at him. He was always available no matter what day or time it was, and he made the process simple. If you are looking for a Realtor on Maui he is your guy, hands down! We will use him again, and confidently refer him to our friends and family without hesitation. Jeremy goes above and beyond, and his passion for what he does and his ethical code are truly impressive!

Real estate can be a very interesting business at times and is much like being on a roller coaster. This was especially rewarding for me.
