There are some benefits in this foreclosure market.  Lower prices mean more people can afford to buy a home.  It was once looking impossible for some home buyers to be able to realize the "American Dream".  Now, with foreclosure homes selling for less, the price of homes is falling somewhat, which makes the "American Dream" easier to obtain for lower income families.  This means more buyers to find homes for, and a lot more choices for our customers.
