On April 16th we fulfilled a long-time dream launching our new real estate radio talk show REAL ESTATE FOR REAL LIFE. The show airs every Saturday and Sunday at 6:30 am, Noon and 8:30 pm on WJRB 95.1 The Talk of the Mountains here in North Georgia. The focus is on "all things real estate" and we try to make it both fun and informative. Fortunately, listeners won't have to hear just the two of us as we'll be interviewing industry related professionals on a variety of topics including mortgage brokers, attorneys, appraisers, inspectors, home staging professionals, you name it.
You can listen to the talk show on WJRB on the TuneIn radio app or streamline it live at wjulradio.com. However, one comment we've heard over and over is "you need a podcast"! So naturally,
we've taken the next step in the progression and created a podcast channel. This allows subscribers to listen to the broadcasts whenever and wherever they want. They don't have to remember to check in at the right time to hear the show when it airs and, if they need to, they can listen to a broadcast over and over again.
We will be officially launching the podcast soon and this is where we need YOUR help. We'd love it if you'd be on the Podcast Launch Team to help us get the word out about the podcast so that when it does "go live" people will know who we are and how to find it.
What will you have to do? Great question! First, before we launch we ask you to let your sphere know that it's Coming Soon! Next, right before the launch date, we'll open up the site and ask you to post a review (hopefully positive) and then, on Launch Day, we'll ask you to let everyone know how to find us and encourage them to listen and share a review as well. We'll make it easy for you by sharing suggested prepared posts, images, just about everything you'll need.
