What's happening Rainers? The weather in Facebook land is bright and sunny, especially if you have been using the platform this week to spread the good news about your local real estate market! Shares about local events, reviews, and the communities you provide RE service to are also great ways to keep consumer interest.
This week I again broke a few FB rules (according to the "experts") with good results (listing appt and guest blog opportunity). The majority of my offerings on my biz page where listing/sold posts but I did spend about 30 minutes this week catching up in the local FB groups I belong to.
No hard or soft selling in the groups, just catching up and being helpful where I could. I hope you are doing the same in your local FB groups...they are a great way to increase brand exposure and generate plenty of leads.
Let's take a few minutes and do some good old fashioned visitin' ya'll! ;-)
