Through social media, you can give your clients a much more personal brand experience. Your conversation remains transparent this way. Remember, clients want to be heard (whether they’re happy or upset). Social media gives clients a great medium to speak up and, more importantly, see how you will respond.
Studies show that consumers say that social media plays almost as big a role in purchasing decisions as does television. The big difference is, their television can’t follow up with them.
“People want to do business with you because you help them get what they want.” says Don Crowther, Founder and creator of 3XSocial & Social Profit Formula. “They don’t do business with you to help you get what you want.”
Increase Your Referrals
As a realtor, you already know that referrals are your business. The more your name is circulating with a positive buzz, the more business comes your way.
