Thanks for this and I love your greeting. I usually do not call late at night because I'm concerned that I'll wake someone else in the prospect's house. I've had inquiries at 3 AM which, of course, I'm not awake for but I'll call first thing in the morning. By then they're no longer at their phone. I get that's your point.
I'm going to seriously consider responding by phone to inquiries at night from now on. Congrats on your closing!

Wow, what a great letter. I am guilty of not always answering my phone when I don't recognize the number. If it's a local number, I do try to answer, but sometimes there are those local "missed calls". When they don't leave a message I always wonder if it was a potential missed sale.
