What do you do when it is time to buy and sell real estate?

Advice for the best steps to take going in. And along the way what to adjust, tweak to keep the path to the quickest, least expensive and free of needless hassles. For the sit down, pass the papers one way. The listing keys the other please for a front row seat at a real estate property closing.maine property for sale photo

No two situations are quite identical in real estate listing, selling.

The marketing approach once realistic pricing is done, the staging is complete.

Each single property sale needs special handling to make sure the treatment is the best it can be.

You've heard about botched medical operations, legal cases that were seriously mishandled?

The same less than perfect 5-6-7-8 can happen in a real estate list, twist, sell (repeat). It can be like outside looking in unless everything is kept in constant communication. All in the room on the same side of the glass.

If a buyer or seller has the wrong set of expectations, the real estate agent or broker must point out where there is a fly in the oinment.

Conrad Allen ... You got that right... you don't kinda want to sell it... you do or you don't and if the latter, walk. You can not help the person like a doctor or lawyer when the advice you give is not the direction the other end of the business arrangement wants to take.

Lou Ludwig ... Thank you!

So true that no two situations in Real Estate are the same. We had the exact same Condo at 2 locations in the same community with almost the sam features. Both deals were completely different!
