Friday Fotos: Rowing Down The River

By
Real Estate Agent with RLAH@properties AB95346

It's rowing season.  All up and down the Potomac River, we are seeing more of these rowing teams, with eight oarsmen (or oarswomen) and someone at the front of the boat shouting at them what to do!  And this kind of view is something that, from a place like the Watergate, can add trememdous value to a unit.

If you looking for rooms with a view, we can arrange a consultation and help you make a plan to find you a great DC home with a special vista from your home. Call or text me at 202-549-5167 or send an email to housepat@mac.com.

Patricia,  A rowing team is a perfect example (in my mind) of how teamwork in a real estate transaction makes for a winning closing.  They are all rowing and digging in to make it to the finish line.

Patricia I hope the weather is warmer there than it has been here or it is mighty cold out on that river.

When I inspected the Mars family units on top of one of the Watergate buildings they had access to their private portion of the roof.  From the roof we could see all over DC and Virginia - up to Georgetown, the Washington Monument, Capitol Building, Cathedral, and, of course, the river.  I imagined sitting up there and watching the fireworks, and eating the family candies.  Their Christmas tree was decorated with M&M lights.
