There were 5 unit sales in March. This is down 44.4% from 9 in March of 2015. Sales/list price ratio in March moved up to 96.4% from 94.3% in February.

Prices

Median price in March was $371,000. This is down 27.3% from $510,000 in March of 2015. This is the lowest median price has been since December, 2013. 3-month median price of $425,000 in March was down modestly from $487,000 in February and down a little from $508,000 in March of 2015. Price per square foot in March was $233. This is up from $227 in February but down from $245 in March of 2015.

Inventory

Inventory of 51 in March was up 6.3% from 48 in February and up 15.9% from 44 in March of 2015. New listings in March were 17, unchanged from the same month last year. Months of supply of 4.9 in March was up a little from 4.5 in February and up marginally from 4.8 in March of 2015. This is the highest months of supply has been since October, 2015.

MarketTime

Days on market of 144 in March was up moderately from 115 in February and very slightly up from 138 in March of 2015. This is the highest days on market has been since April, 2014.
