I have really enjoyed Facebook reminding me each day of my posts from that day on previous years.
This week I had a reminder of a little fun I had a couple of years ago after reviewing a title commitment. This particular title commitment listed a negative easement as part of the exceptions to the title policy.
I wondered how many people would actually have any understanding of what a negative easement is. I posed this question to my Facebook friends:
