What do you do when your phone rings on a Sunday Morning? For me, I answer it. On the other end is a Home Owner who has the weekend off an wants to list their Manchester NH Area home. He states he has been calling companies since yesterday and not one life person answered a phone. When he told a friend, they gave him my name.  He asked if I was working today. He apologized for calling on Mothers Day. He asked if I could help him. 

 

I certainly can. Spring time is when the Real Estate market booms, and that mean working on Sundays when needed. The most important part of being in a service industry is providing service people want when THEY re available.

Good for you and their loss...I hear this complaint an awful lot and I don't understand it.  Don't agents spend their days thinking of ways to get people to call them???
