Low inventory – by price range

In a post earlier today I noted that in the MLS this morning there were only 1,702 single family houses listed as being “active” for sale.

How does that break out by price range?

Up to $99,000 there are 6 houses. Two of those are in Chateau At Antelope Ridge where you own the modular house but not the land it sits on.

From $100,000 to $199,999 there are 113 listings. Many of these are mobile homes, or houses built from 60 to over 100 years ago.

$200,000 and $299,999 there are 423 listings.

$300,000 and $399,999 there are 412 listings.

$400,000 to $499,999 there are 264 listings.

$500,000 to $599,999 there are 155 listings.

$600,000 to $699,999 there are 90 listings.

$700,000 to $799,999 there are 54 listings.

$800,000 to $899.999 there are 39 listings.

$900,000 to $999,999 there are 28 listings.

$1,000,000 to $1,500,000 there are 61 listings.

Above $1,500,000 there are 46 listings.
