You'll NEVER be charged an administative fee at guerilla / realty.

We won't participate in nickel-and-diming our clients. 

 

 

 

 

Don't sign a representation agreement that obligates you to pay $495 at settlement. 

You should either A) tell your Realtor to pay their own expenses or B) call us. 

Administrative fees are bogus. 

Sure, we'd appreciate having the extra funds, but we'd rather earn your respect.
