Clients are purchasing a wonderful home in Larchmont, New York 10538. Just a few blocks from the train station (yes, you can buy a great home in Larchmont and walk to the trains too!). They also needed to pop into the house and interview some contractors. So, while they were busy  interviewing and asking questions, and after I had completed my emails, I started to look out of the window. The garden is larger than many in the area, at 0.29 of an acre, and the day was sunny and great! Well, so thought the chipmunk too! I had to take a short video of the chipmunk as he/she popped in and out of his abode.
