The Jeffersonville Riverstage Has the Answer
Jeffersonville in Southern Indiana has become an up-and-coming hot spot for visitors lately. With new restaurants popping up every day, more and more patrons have been visiting.
Jeffersonville is also the starting point of the new Big Four Walking Bridge connecting Southern Indiana and Louisville, KY and a great place to take a stroll in the evenings.
At the base of the bridge, is an ideal location to spend you nights and weekends. Try one of the many restaurant offerings such as Big Four Burgers, Cluckers on the River, and Come Back Inn. You can also try the new local brewery, Red Yeti, and then finish off dinner with some frozen yogurt across the street.
Looking for even more entertainment for the family? Try the Jeffersonville Riverstage. This is a floating stage on the bank of the Ohio River with outdoor amphitheater-style seating with events every weekend from now through Labor Day.
Kick off the Summer Concert Series with The Louisville Crashers, a local cover band that is nothing like you have ever seen! Listen to oldies, goodies, and new music performed by this hometown band. It is fun for all ages and the entire family.
The Jeffersonville Riverstage also offers a Summer Twilight Series. These are family movies played every other weekend on the big screen of the stage. Bring your blanket and snacks and watch your favorite movies under the stars without spending money or driving to the city.
Come check out movies for the kids such as Minions, Inside Out, and The Spongebob Movie.
