Do you track your own search engine rankings?
I use a couple of different tools to monitor the ranking of many sites that I own. I don't often bother checking them too regularly, but when I do I find it interesting to see which agents are ranking at the top. In the past, I used to have the #1 ranked real estate website in my entire region and city. When i switched my real estate brokerage that page disappeared and I ignored it for many years.
As a recent experiment, I build a new page. A really cheap page, just to see how tough my local rankings are. In a matter of about 6 months this new page has moved into the top 20 rankings for many popular local searches in my market. For me, this is more of an experiment.
