Chafe 150 Bicycle Ride - June 18, 2016
Sandpoint Idaho offers many events and activities during the summer months. Some of these events are of a nature one does not want to decide to do it the day before. One such event is the Chafe 150. As stated this is a 150 mile single day bicycle ride.
There are also 2 shorter rides. An 80 mile ride and 30 mile.
Both the shorter routes do follow a bit of the 150 mile route. Also making the shorter rides a bit more enjoyable is the fact they are loops, or portions of, not a there and back.
The 80 mile ride is a bit unique in that those participants are bussed approximately half way on the 150 route. All riders finish in Sandpoint Idaho
with the 30 mile and 150 mile starting in Sandpoint as well. Troy Montana is
the start for the 80 mile riders.
