That is true since the oil bust Conrad Allen . Just a year ago the average house price was over $300,000. It's a nice break for the average guy.

Not alot moves in the winter here Bill Roberts but I've been blessed to move about a dozen of them this winter. With school getting out in two weeks I look for the market to heat up nicely.
