As compared to only 55 houses sold during the month of March with an average sale price of $490k with an average of 67 days on the market. Buyers demand is steadily increasing from month to month.

 

The trend that I see this week is an increased demand for homes averaging around 2700 sqft. The demand seems to be leaning toward smaller homes either due to the lower prices or because of the affordability index.

 

 

Since the start of May, days on the market for homes averaging around 2700 sqft are at 18 days. Larger homes are averaging about 43 days on the market.
