My Top Real Estate Articles for April 2016
It has been a busy spring with many clients and less time online than usual. I had to force some time last month but did get a few evergreen articles posted, both on my own sellingwarnerrobins.com blog and elsewhere.
Here are a few of my top real estate articles of the last 45 days.
- What Are Capital Gains - An informative article that took a bit longer to put together than I first expected. The photos ended up being a fun diversion and added a bit of levity to a serious topic. I hope many consumers read and understand exactly what capital gains are and how they may be affected.
- Why Buyers Need Their Own Representation - A guest blog opportunity on a mortgage site. I jumped at the opportunity and am thankful for the experience. This was a fun article to put together as it is a topic that many buyers do not understand and often cost themselves money as a result.
- How To Know If You Need A New Roof - My own home is a few years away from needing a new roof, and in doing a bit of research on the topic, I thought it was a good time to get this article out. The article was seen on ViralContentBuzz by a roofing company and a future guest blog opportunity on a roofing site is in the works. Yay!
- 5 Ways to Minimize Moving Stress - This Examiner article was one of the shortest I wrote but came during my oldest daughters recent move so the information was really the by-product of talking with her as they sold and relocated. No-follow links but the exposure is always appreciated.
A great way to generate more brand exposure and interest, especially for those articles we post on our own websites, is to provide links to similar resources at the bottom of each article. When we then share our articles on a platform like Google Plus (or even AR), letting those we highlight know about it, they will often re-share our articles with their followers which can exponentially increase our online reach.
Happy Blogging Rainers!
