It always amazes me that when people move out. They sometimes move out EVERYTHING! How many times have you visited a vacant home or a walk-thru only to find there is NO toilet paper! Aren't they human? Did they begrudge the visitor bathroom rights? I always carry a few toilet rolls in my trunk. You never know when you or your client might need one, and it is like the old girl guide adage 'be prepared!"
