The Ladybird New AU Park Mixed-Use
After neighbors objected to the size and scope of this proposed mised-use project, a new plan was created for 4330 48th Street and presented to ANC 3E. The revised version scales down the design to better fit its surroundings. With that, fewer for-sale units and a push for full service grocery.
Some neighbors say this project doesn't fit in with the aesthetics of the location, but the developer is betting his new design will please.What do you think?
