Does Your Sacramento Realtor Alleviate Anxiety?

By
Real Estate Agent with Elizabeth Anne Weintraub, Broker DRE #00697006

When I showed up in West Sacramento last night to talk about selling a home in Bridgeway Islands, I could see the sellers had prepared a list of questions for me. I love it when sellers do this because I know all of the answers! I answer their questions before they ask. I know a lot of things about real estate, like why their dishwasher air gap was plugged up, and how to fix a sprinkler head. Of course, they hired me.

Because it's knowing how to sell their home and reduce anxiety that sellers really count on me for. I've got 40 years of experience. I take the entire situation into consideration when I advise sellers about selling. I believe in a customized approach. No "canned" presentations for me. You can read more about this in my personal blog today at this link: If You Think Selling a Home in Sacramento is Scary.

Good morning Elizabeth. I can well imagine that any prospective seller that talks with you about a listing will know they made the right choice to list their home with you.

Like you, I have a hard time imagining there is a listing agent that would get through the entire appointment without asking where the seller is moving and when.  That's very important information.

Chris Ann Cleland But you know it's true that they don't ask. Heck, some don't even ask why the seller is selling. They just grab the RLA and say sign here.
