Andrew, It is a good program that has some very strong advantages for people who are just starting out. It does not work for everyone but for the people it can help it is a very powerful aid.

Best,

Scott

Hi Scott,

Can you please give me information on how I can get into this program?  I am a 51 year old single woman who lives in Shelton, WA and commutes to my job Monday thru Friday.  I work at DaVita in Tacoma on Pacific Avenue and would love nothing more than to own my own home and be close to work.  The I-5 commute is too much!!

I look forward to hearing from you,

Thanks, Deanna Olson

Hi im 20 im working fulltime making good income. I dont see why i should rent. I want to put that potential rent money towards a house payment instead. Im experenced with carpetentry and think a cheaper house that is liveable but needs work is something for me. Ive rented for over a year now and always paid my rent/ utililty bill on time. so i have little next to none credit. is there any suggestions or comments for me to make this dream a reality? I mean should i keep renting and build credit first. Is 20 too young to be thinking like this? Any info is much appreciated! Thank you for your time have a good day.
