Real Estate Broker/Owner with Colorado Real Estate Advisers LLC CO ER100025633

As we cross mid-May 2016, inventory in Colorado Springs / El Paso County remains very low.

The following data is for existing homes (no new construction or under construction included), single family homes in El Paso County.

There are a total of 1,763 properties listed as actively for sale.

Properties listed for less than $800,000 = 1,588

Properties listed for less than $600,000 = 1,430

Properties listed for less than $500,000 = 1,274

Properties listed for less than $400,000 = 1,006

Properties listed for less than $300,000 = 568

Properties listed for less than $200,000 = 116

Properties listed for less than $100,000 = 5

Not all houses at the same price level are of the same value. Buyers need to be working with a veteran broker who can educate them on the differences and help them with a strategy to get the house they want.
