Dinner Is In The Oven....But I'll meet you in an Hour!
That would sound like what we in our industry describe as a "pop tart" agent. The phone rings and we pop up and run.
Well, yes and no. These ARE Buyers I am working with. They have a very specific area and price point to work with. We've been out to see several homes, and we've not found the right one.
The Atlanta real estate market is on fire...to say the least. So you have to jump when a new listing comes on the market. I now have all my Buyers set for almost instant notification when a listing hits the market in the areas we are looking at.
And that is what just happened. Email hit their inbox, and they called before I saw the same email in MY inbox. And they asked, "Can we see it now?"
"I can meet you there in an hour."
I have Buyers that want to buy. I'll bend my schedule for sure.
