Vision Service Group has helped me get my marketing plan moving forward with quality print media and one touch action plans that really work. Visit them at www.visionservicegroup.com When I started in real estate I had not a clue how to market, but after seeing what VSG had to offer I was sold. It has paid for itself many times over - saving me time and bringing in clients.

Very reasonable. There was a set up fee (sorry can't remember - about $200, I think?) and I just pay for my printing and postage each mailing. Basically, my newsletter costs about $.89 per mailing. I write the articles, the company formats it, and everything else to send it to my database. I would recomend contacting them. I've heard First American just hired them to do all their follow-up marketing. They have also talked with Top Producer about teaming with them to send out the mailings, which I believe is the part missing from TP. We'll see what happens. I just know it has worked well for me. This week alone I had three quality leads from my April newsletter. Hope this helps.

Thanks for sharing. I have the same website company you do (although I haven't been switched over yet), and it has been a great success for us! We've been looking into a print newsletter, and just haven't been ablt ot find a reasonable enough company that provides the quality we like. Ok yeah, we have champagne tastes on a beer budget too!
