Delray Beach- Changes
Our spring was short here and the cool (ish) mornings have left us with temperatures close to 80 degrees when we head out for our early morning walks.
More changes this week with heavy thunderstorms and flooding in some areas. We’re heading into the summer pattern of rain in the afternoon.

You can really tell that the snowbirds are up north because it has been a little quiet on A1A on our morning walks and at the gym. Not complaining, though! It’s nice not having to wait to use some of the weights and machines at the gym.
Since we cannot change reality, let us change the eyes which see reality.

I actually like some change… but for me, it has to be balanced with a constant. For example, one of my favorite characters on N.C.I.S. left and I’m not happy about it. He was one of the constants in the many changes they’ve had.

More changes with the young people in our lives. We had dinner with our friend’s daughter. They are like our extended family here and we have known her since she was born. She is now 20 and so grown up. I couldn’t help but think of the little girl I used to babysit. She could belt out “The Sun Will Come Out Tomorrow” better than any other 4 year old. Sigh….
