Whether you like asparagus or not, this is a fun event at one of Sherman’s most picturesque locations. You will be treated to a selection of six different dishes made with the freshest, local, just-picked asparagus.
This year’s menu features such delicacies as asparagus flatbreads, asparagus frittatas, asparagus carpaccio, asparagus BLT’s, grilled asparagus with White Silo’s own Quince mustard AND - here’s the part kids of all ages might particularly enjoy - even ASPARAGUS GELATO!
In addition to tasty treats, there will be free tours of the White Silo Farm and Winery plus live music on both days.
Admission is FREE! Reservations are not required, just come and enjoy!
Food items are modestly priced between $5.00 and $6.00; family experience: PRICELESS!
