I stopped by a new restaurant with a few friends about a week ago and it didn't go how I had imagined it would. Everything about the visit was awful. The service, the food, even paying the bill was difficult because their "system was down" according to our server.
I have driven past a few times since and the parking lot is consistently empty while surrounding restaurants are packed with people.
It occured to me that with anything in life ... including selling your home and also going on a listing presentation ... "You never get a second chance to make a first impression"!
