Next years goals

I am planning a few things...  

I want to fly my Cessna around the entire State of Florida and visit with all of you Super Cool Realtors.  I think a month or so should do it and I think it would be fascinating to meet so many of you.  

Also I am planning to Canoe the length of Alligator Alley  (Approx. 120 Miles) with the help of sponsors to raise money for Children's Cancer research.  I am looking for a dime a mile from individuals and a quarter from businesses. 

But most important I am planning to close 150 transaction sides next year.  Buy a new(er) house for my family and move.  Finish my Thesis, start my Novel and learn Mandarin Chinese or German.

I could become a better Father and Husband, renew my relationship with God, and live a little.

(The Cessna and Canoe trips are real goals)

Gary,  are you a pilot.  My husband is too and built his own acrobatic biplane!!  Now what would be really fun is to meet up at Sun N Fun for a day. . or Oshkosh.  We keep ours at Sanford Airport.  What type of Cesna do you have?  I love setting goals of stuff I want to enjoy every year.  Have you read the book 1000 Places to Visit before you die by Patricia Schultz...it will add to the list too...We like to fly and visit friends and family, but since my husband is a pilot we don't usually fly in the biplane it is too uncomfortable for long trips.  I will add that airplanes are expensive hobbies.

In the next year I'll develop at least a 20% market share in my farm market, complete at least 50 transaction sides, buy a new house, and start the work of becoming a functional expert in all things real estate.  I will also raise $50K and use that money to purchase and renovate my first income producing property.
