On May 16, 2016, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported home values increased 3.9% at an average price of $457,720 in April of 2016 from $440,460 in March of 2016, and gained 7.2% from price of $427,010 in April of 2015. While, home sales jumped 11.6% in April of 2016, from March of 2016,
but decreased 2.9% from April of 2015 in Los Angeles County, California.
There were 3.5 months supplies of available inventory of homes in April of 2016, down from 3.6 months in March of 2016, but same as from 3.5 months in April of 2015. An average it took 39.7 days to sell a home in April of 2016, fell from 43.2 days in March of 2016, and declined from 41.9 days in April of 2015 in Los Angeles County, California.
