Our MLS sales report shows a double digit increase in the median price of condos sold, Jan 1 2016 to April 30 2016, over the same time period in 2015.
If you are considering buying a condominium you can still find deals, but having a good real estate agent who understands the market is a must. If you price it right, it sells right away, sometimes with multiple offers, but if you overprice it, the market is not there, buyers are not willing to overpay.
