My marketing covers 500 homes within the area of the subject property. These were the postcards that were mailed today, and when they land the phone will ring. I assure you, the phone will ring just as it did today from a postcard that was mailed last week.
Last week's closed sale triggered another Free Market Analysis for tomorrow in Franklin. The homeowner had the card in hand when he called. There's no denying the fact that business begets more business, if it's announced to the area. Shout it out and let the phones ring.
