They are weather worn and what paint is there makes it look as if it s camouflaged

That kind of looks like a bird condo, I wonder what the owner bird charges...he needs to do some upkeep.

That is a great looking birdhouse!  Such a neat thing to have outside of one's home and be able to see the birds daily!
